My bunnies LOVE this hay but lately the quality has gone down hill which makes me so sad. My 2nd to last box was horrible, there was an entire thorn bush which caused some horrible pains for me having so many thorns stuck in my fingers for hours. I was afraid of my bunnies getting hurt so I ended up throwing out the whole box - huge waste of $43 dollars in this economy. My aunt also orders from here and experienced the same thing with a thorn bush in her box, so I know it wasn’t just me. My latest order took so long to ship out that it’s been 2-3 weeks and now my bunnies have no hay. I’ve been ordering without any issues for 2 years and it’s the only hay my bunnies love but the quality has left me very dissatisfied lately.

It's green and I've ordered before and will again but this box didn't smell fresh like some before. My chinchilla picks at it. Couple times I got it and the smell was so fresh like I was standing in the field. Still better than any store hay for sure. Will get again.

That said, the website pricing for subscriptions is broken, and doesn’t update properly in the cart so we have to buy them individually otherwise we would subscribe.

I was referred to Numz Numz through my rabbits breeder and this is the BEST hay and pellet mix I’ve been able to find for my Bailey. I’m on my fourth box of hay and the quality is just as good as when I received my first one! I’ve tried other pellet and hay brands but Numz Numz is the only brand where she will completely devour everything.

My bunny LOVES numnum’s 2nd cut hay!! She literally eats every last piece and i have to refill multiple times a day. With any other store bought hay, I would only refill for fresh hay and would waste so much from her not eating it. She goes crazy for this stuff, you’d think i was giving her a treat! HIGHLY recommend, really worth the money and good quality

I bought hay from a pet store and while my bunnies ate it they took a long time for them to go through what I gave them each day but once I changed over to Num Numz I have to refill their hay every day and sometimes twice a day so I would say they like it a lot better

I am so grateful to have found this hay. My bun has never really been a fan of hay - unless I hand fed it to her (I’m not kidding). This hay was included in a forage box when I purchased from another business and my bunny ate it right up so I had to get her a box. I’m not proud of it, but I can honestly say she has probably eaten more hay since receiving this box than she has in her whole life. It came quickly, was packaged beautifully, and was incredibly fragrant. We will absolutely be permanent customers!!
